New Delhi
New Delhi is the capital city of India, Delhi has a rich history the city was built and destroyed many a times, for many a tourists Delhi is the starting point in there rendezvous with India especially North India. Delhi itself has loads and loads of attractions for visitors to explore. Delhi has old Delhi which is a rich history and hence there are ancient fortress, majestic buildings, mosques and historic ruins here to see on the other hand there is New Delhi where there are government buildings, embassies, number of museums like National Museum, Indira Gandhi Memorial Museum, National Rail Museum and more.

• Rashtrapati Bhawan is probably the center point of New Delhi, it is a where the Indian President resides, it is architecturally beautiful building.
• India Gate is a popular point for locals to get together, it is a memorial raised in honor of the Indian soldiers martyred during the Afghan war.
• The Laxminarayan Temple is also called the Birla Mandir was built by the Birla family in 1938, the temple was the place where Mahatma Gandhi was assassinated in 1948, the temple attracts thousands of devotees especially on Janmashtami day, the birthday of Lord Krishna
• Humayun’s Tomb was built in 1565 nine years after Humayun’s death by his wife Haji, it is believed all other monuments after this copied it’s design even the Taj Mahal.
• Qutab Minar is located in South Delhi; it was built by Qutub-ud-din Aibek and is 72 meters high. Qutab Minar is the world’s tallest brick minaret; the monument is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
• Red Fort was the place from where India became an independent nation; the monument is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the fort was constructed by the Emperor Shah Jahan in 1639 A.D, today the Red Fort is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Old Delhi also Prime Minister of India addresses the nation on independence day from here.
• Chandni Chowk is a fascinating market; it was build by Shahjahan, the name Chandni Chowk means the moon light market as the market was supposed to shine under the light of the moon. Till today Chandni Chowk remains Asia’s largest wholesale market and one can buy anything and probably everything here.
• Raj Ghat is last resting place of Mahatma Gandhi, the father of the nation, it is on the bank of the legendary Yamuna, two museums dedicated to Gandhi are located nearby.
• The Baha’i Temple or the Lotus Temple is built by the Baha’i community, it is situated in South Delhi, it is called so as is shaped like a lotus and has beautiful artistic design.

Mumbai
Mumbai formerly Bombay is the economic capital of India which lies on the west coast on India, it is a bustling metropolis with an insane amount of people living and working here, Mumbai is one of the most cosmopolitan cities in India; the city also houses the Hindi film industry. For visitors here are many a things to do and explore like shopping, nightlife, monuments and more.

• The Gateway of India was built in 1911; it was built to commemorate the visit of King George V and Queen Mary. The last of British troops left India through this monument, the place is quiet popular among the locals.
• The Prince of Wales museum is probably the best museum in Mumbai; it was built in the year 1914 and houses many an interesting exhibits like sculpture, rare coins, and old firearms, miniature paintings and more
• There are primarily two beaches here namely the Juhu Beach and the Chowpatty beach, beaches here are fun places for locals, they are damn crowded with small stalls, walkers, screaming children and courting couples.
• The Elephanta Caves is located in the Mumbai harbor just off the coast of Mumbai, the caves are designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. There is a Shiva temple here and the caves are world renowned for it’s sculptural brilliance portrayed in the rock cut caves.

Goa
Goa is located on the west coast of India; it is India’s smallest state. Goa remained a Portuguese colony for long; the Portuguese annexed it soon after arriving in the early 16th century. The city still has lots of Portuguese influence also Goa has rich flora and fauna. Goa is renowned world over for it’s beaches and party atmosphere, the state is visited by hoards of foreign and Indian tourists every year especially during Christmas and New Year. For visitors there is an unending list of attractions and activities like water sports, forests, water falls, forts, architecture and also there is Goa carnival.
